Watch Cheaper by the Dozen

Watch the movie (1950 version) or read the book, Cheaper by the Dozen, by Frank B. Gilbreth, Jr., and Ernestine Gilbreth Carey.

It’s a true story about two time and motion efficiency experts who married and managed their house as efficiently as any business. The dad even teaches the children how to bathe efficiently, including how to scrub up one side and down the other, and learn a new words while brushing their teeth.

As your kids or students perform a task, like Jeremy did,

Discuss with your kids or students about how they can use energy efficiently and when they do, its impact on the Earth and our climate. What ideas do they have to help?
